The Max Planck Graduate Center for Quantum Materials offers first-class education and training in a stimulating research environment. We are looking for highly motivated PhD students who have a record of excellence in their previous studies. Applicants are expected to have an outstanding Bachelor or Master degree in a field of study which is well-aligned with our research activities. The online Selection Symposium will take place from 01.-03. February 2023. Invitations will be sent out by mid-January.
During the Selection Symposium, each candidate will give a presentation - 15 min talk + 5 min for questions. Interviews will take place during and in the week following the symposium (starting Monday, 06.02.). More information will be give in the invitation email.
